No stranger to the world of medicine, he has helped a wide range of medical operations design, select, install and operate Electronic Health and Medical Records systems.

Well-versed in information security, Mr. Brulé has conducted HIPAA Security Audits for large multi-specialty practices and small- to mid-size hospitals, developed successful remediation plans, policies and training programs to help bring practices into profitable operations as they achieve meaningful HIPAA compliance.
